Self Cleaning Disc Filter This filter is made of MS square tube with stainless steel filter media with sturdy MS supporting arrangements. The drive for the suction nozzles is through 0.5 HP gear motor and the suction nozzle is connected to 3 HP high pressure suction fan. The dust removed from the filter is collected in the cyclone compactor / collection bag. Maintaining uniform suction pressure inside the department, ensure better cleaning efficiency and uniform RH and Temperature. Our uniquely designed self cleaning disc filter would help in providing maximum efficiency. It ensures the filter is always in clean condition and uniform suction pressure to maintain throughout the day. Our self cleaning disc filters are designed to minimize the leakage through the filter. The maintenance cost of the filter are almost nil when compared to any other conventional filter used in ventilation system.
